• If we commendate our nation or you commendate us, Exentaní will be friendly to you (unless you declare war to us or to any of our allies).
• You can borrow money from us, but you will return 10% more than you borrowed first.
• Exentaní is not willing to get into any foreign wars unless the parliament approves.
