Cyborgia has tensions with the United States and the Western Bloc due to capitalism and tensions for supporting the opposite in conflicts during the Cold War. Cyborgia had a good relationship with several communist states, after the end of the Cold War, Cyborgia became a major belligerent in the War On Terror against extremists following the 9/11 attacks.
