On the 15th of December, Altair Kirimon invaded the Port of Milford Haven, raising the first flag of the Altair Trading Company ever printed onto a cargo ship, marking the official annexation of the port, by Kirimon and his army of 45 thousand soldiers- All recruited directly from third world countries! Hey, it's cheaper and it gives 'em jobs.

Moving on from that remark, from that day onwards, that port was the City of Sirius, derived from Kirimon's passion for stars which were not at all influenced from his given name. And because he had all of the control over this territory, he decided it was a new state, but not just any state, but a corporation state: The Altair Trading Company.

As traders do, he manned the laying around cargo ships with the totally-fairly-paid soldiers, and had them sail around the globe to buy and sell resources from nations across the globe for easy profit. And for transporting soldiers to weak nations to facilitate the Acquisition of Goods and Materials With Maximum Profit Margins... it's not raiding.
