The Commune of the British Isles is a Constitutional Social Democracy located in the British Isles and is helmed by Grand Commissar William Carter, first of his name, first of the title, Uniter of Britons, Herald of the People, Head of the Faith, Guardian of the Isles, Warden of the Seas.

Officially formed following the Act of British-Irish Union of 2048, the Union of the British Isles, formally known as the Union of Great Britain, is a nation founded on unity, brotherhood and commitment, with all peoples being accepted into the nation.

A generally docile people, the Britons do not aim for world conquest, yet understand the importance of a united, well trained armed forces and how protection is necessary for the survival of their home. 

The Britannic Parliament institutes a wide range of policies to further the economic, scientific and societal progress of the Union, with the entire nation being nuclear powered and pollution on a steady decrease, the lands of the British Isles flourish with the life of many a flora and fauna.
