Major Military Investment

In a landmark deal marking the continued cooperation between Greenland and The Republic of Thailand, the Republic of Thailand has spent upwards of 8 billion Orbis Notes on state of the art military equipment from Greenland. This includes 15 HAB-1 MKII High Altitude Bombers, 100 MRA-1 Multirole Aircraft and 200 AAT-1 Anti Aircraft Tanks. The Republic will be recieving a shipment of 5 of the High Altitude Bombers to Bogota, Colombia this month where they will be unveiled. The other 10 high altitude bombers will be brought to other cities in 4 months and the rest of the equipment will be completed and shipped January 2100. Most of the equipment is expected to be deployed to South America with some Multirole Aircraft going to Thailand and Namibia. Stats for the equipment will be at the bottom of the bulletin. The purchase is just a taste of whats to come as the government has announced a massive 52 billion OBD defense budget for the year.

Landmark Legislation Introduced!

Coc@ine and Methamphetamine now legal in Colombia and Venezuela In order to boost the local economy and provide thousands of jobs as well as create a potential billion dollar industry, both Empresa Tailandesa-Colombiana and the Siamese America Company have signed into law a new bill that will legalize the regulated production, distribution and use of "natural drugs" such as Coc@ine, Methamphetamine and Mariju@na but has upheld bans for other "unnatural" drugs and products such as fent@nyl and e-cigarettes. The legislation was introduced May 1, and allowed Laboritorios Hua America del Sur (Hua Labs South America) and Cocaina Colombiana y Pura Co. (Pure Colombian Coc@ine Co.) to produce and distribute several natural drugs. The two companies were given 200 million OBD grants along with several farms, factories and a permit to conduct business. Production and distribution is now legal, however, consumption will not be legalized until December 25, 2099. It is extremely illegal to abuse these subtances, distribute or produce them without a permit or steal them.

In both South America and Africa, new threats emerge to Thai Power and influence. These threats come in the form of La Plata in South America and to a lesser extent, the Transvaal Republic in Africa. The former is an aggressive and imperialist expansionist minded nation that has threatened Thailand in South America while the latter has made major expansions in the power vacuum left behind in southern Africa by Britain and Sedrosia. La Plata recently stated its desire to have Colombia with their President saying that they really wished they controlled Colombia. Of Course, Thailand and Empresa Tailandesa-Colombiana cannot simply sit and allow these threats to be thrown around. Because of the aggressive expansionist policy and imminent threat of La Plata, La Plata has been categorized as a terrorist organization by SiamCorp and all its subsidiaries. All relations will be cut with La Plata and a trade embargo will be instated on the terrorist group. It has become clear that Colombia and Venezuela are the last bastions of Democracy and Capitalism in South America, making defense spending on the region a necessity. Empresa Tailandesa-Colombiana and the Siamese America Company rolled out a new mobilization order along with a massive 9 billion OBD investment into defense for the region. This investment includes a 5 billion OBD investment which will create 6 massive state of the art tank factories along with 4 munitions factories of similar size. The factories will be scattered throughout Colombia and Venezuela and will be partially underground and armed with anti aircraft defenses. The Factories will be operated by arms manufacturer SiamCorp Defense Solutions. The investment also includes a 3 billion OBD investment into coastal and ground defenses. These defenses include thousands of bunkers, pillboxes and machine gun nests across Colombia and Venezuela and coastal defenses in possible landing locations with barbed wire, land and sea mines, anti aircraft guns, anti aircraft tanks, MBT's and over 100,000 personnel. In addition to the investments, Colombia will be drafting 100,000 active duty troops who will undergo 15 weeks training as well as 200,000 who will do 12 weeks of training and serve as reserves. Venezuela will also draft 50,000 men to be active duty troops with another 125,000 being drafted to become reserves. The draftees must be capable and from 18-35. By the end of the 15 week active duty troop training, there will be 150,000 active duty troops from Colombia, 100,000 active duty troops from Venezuela and 300,000 reserves from Colombia along with 175,000 reserves from Venezuela (this is in addition to already existing forces). The draft will greatly expand the military capabilities of SiamCorp Subsidiary Companies in South America.

In Africa, as the Transvaal Republic expands and spends greatly on military in hopes of filling the power vacuum in the region, SiamCorp and the SiamCorp Africa Company aim to stop the Boers from getting their hands on a region that should be controlled by the Native Black Africans. The Transvaal Imperial Empire has already attempted to purchase Namibia from Thailand as part of their colonization efforts for a shockingly low 3 billion OBD. Of course, Governor Johannes Mushimba of the SiamCorp Africa Company declined the offer saying "Africa is for the Africans. The Boers will never touch our treasured, pure and beautiful land of Namibia. We must protect what is ours and in turn protect the Black populations threatened by the colonialist minority Boers." A major investment of 2.5 billion OBD will be made by SiamCorp in order to protect Namibia. This investment will build around 300 missile silos across Namibia and will arm them with many different missiles for varying purposes. Some missiles will shoot down other missiles of enemy aircraft while some will be long range missiles capable of hitting targets across Southern Africa. The end goal is to stockpile around 5,000 missiles which will be made possible by future investments.

Other Investments

  • 6 billion OBD into Bogota, largest city in possession of SiamCorp. The investment includes 2.5 billion in the Bolivar Tower which will be 780 meters tall. The rest of the investment will build 10 new textile and drug packaging factories on the city outskirts, expand and improve commuter rail infrastructure, improve road infrastructure and create a new commercial area and green space called "Calle Comercial." Project will be completed by 2105-2106.
  • 4 billion OBD into the Elephant Tower in Windhoek which will be 840 meters tall and will be constructed to look very Thai in order to project influence. Tower to be finished later months of 2105. Tower is to be built by Ta Puele Construction.
  • 3 billion into Windhoek which will be put towards further urbanization in the city including a new shining business district and a new residential district. More money is to be invested in the future.

HAB-1 MkII High Altitude Bomber Originally created for the now-declassified Project Sunbeam, the HAB-1 was one of Dagger Company's finest aircraft. Now, rebuilt using blueprints, the HAB-1 MkII proves to be an even deadlier plane. The CAS-1, an extremely similar design, is actually considered part of the same family of planes and is inspired by the HAB-1.

Max Altitude: 70,000 feet

Max Speed: Mach 1.5

Manueverability: Slightly above average

Max Airtime Without Landing: 27 hours

Armament: 2 20mm miniguns kept in pressurized compartments on the sides of the bomb bay, 1 35mm repeating autocannon (chin mounted), max bomb load of 50,000 50lb explosives (1,000 bombs)

Technology: Radar deflection, HUD, computerized targeting, autopilot, Terminus v1.0 AI Targeting Core, extended communications range, onboard computer systems, plenty of other common tech

Layout: The cockpit of the HAB-1 spaciously seats two pilots next to one another. Behind them is a decent-sized open area around the size of a large walk-in closet, which can have different amenities installed. Base model comes with standard computer screens. At the rear of the cockpit is a door leading to the bomb bay, which contains 5,000 rounds of ammo for the 20mm machine guns and 1,000 rounds for the 35mm. The bombs are stored in "bomb clips" which are mechanically brought into place above the bomb hatch by a claw, releasing 100 (or less, depending on the chosen amount) bombs in rapid succession, creating a perfect carpet bombing effect. Once a clip has used all 100 bombs, it is dropped onto the ground below. The HAB-1 MkII can be fitted with other bomb clips that can carry different loads of munitions.

MRA-1 Multirole Aircraft Max speed of mach 1.3 Crew of 1

Armed with 2 30mm autocannons, 4 70mm air to air missiles, and 8 hardpoints that can carry bombs Bomb targeting technology, missile laser guided tech, thermal imaging, HUD, etc. other modern technology

AAT-1 Anti-Aircraft Tank

10 inch thick armor, bomb and missile resistant up to 75 lb of explosives

Quadruple-barreled long range 40mm autocannons (950 RPM), radar system, computer targeting

Max speed of 65 mph Crew of 3 Main mobile anti-air battery of the AU Expeditionary Corps

Lol. Nice racism buddy.

Also, the Boers make up 70% of the Transvaal population in the RP due to the British Genocide on the Boere in the 2nd Anglo-Boere war not happening in my RP timeline, as well has active internal treaties with the Native Monarchs of the Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, and other ethnicities with them all as active, voting citizens, which is how they are an active part of the Transvaal Republiek. Unlike Siamcorp who has all of Namibia's citizens as slaves. If anyone needs to be liberated, it's the Namibian people from your tyrannical, corporatocratic rule.

I'm dead serious about this: if ANY nation within the AU/ITPA touches the Transvaal Republic (one of our closest allies) they will be removed from the AU posthaste and labeled a traitor. The Transvaal Republic has done nothing to you. Offering to purchase land isn't a threat. Anyone who thinks it is needs to be checked out. If I offered to buy a laptop from you on eBay, does that count as me threatening your life? Where is the logic here?
