Galaretta delivers his last blow to congress.
THE VERDICT:
Presidential Palace, Lima, Peru-Bolivia.

THE OFFICE OF LUIS GALARETTA:
Congress has been a thorn in our side for too long. They have hampered tons of projects which would've helped us get out of the mess the civil war created. They were actually one of the causes of it, refusing to negotiate with the rebels. Thus, this is a drastic measure, but I must.
I now invoke muerte cruzada, a power vested in me via Article II of our constitution.
This means;
Snap elections shall take place for BOTH congress and president.
Luis Galaretta will be allowed to run for a second term.
Congress cannot stop this ruling by Galaretta.
Election day will continue as planned next week.
FIRME Y FELIZ PARA LA UNION!

Hey! Nice.
That sounds a little dictatory
Not really. It ensures congress can't cancel the elections, and it makes sure that Galaretta can't abuse that power whenever he wants just to get new congressmembers in, as now there's a presidential election.
