I've returned. I am aware of some events but I am clueless about the majority of bulletins. If someone could give me the rundown, it would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding Victoria

Multiple nations have been pushing their propaganda, painting me as some evil new !@#$ over the situation and I am going to give my side of the story while attempting to debunk any accusations.

First off, I never forced a treaty on Victoria. He messaged me asking for land and I agreed and sent him an independence treaty. After sending it, I asked for his opinion on the treaty; he inquired about the reason for Article IV (the land ownership article) and stated an economy can't exist without having natural resources (which is utterly false). I quickly refuted the claim by saying “Australia has a great economy occupying a range of industry sectors, a skilled workforce and high immigration rates.” to which he agreed to the treaty rather hastily. Any claim that I ‘forced it’ on him is utterly ludicrous considering I asked for his opinion on the treaty and gave him time to appeal any clauses. At that point in time, I was losing land rapidly (Scotland, South Africa, Venezuela, New Zealand, Tasmania, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia and probably some more which allude to me). I believe it is fair to ask for something in return for the huge losses I suffered. Additionally, the majority of the profit, which was about 70%, was given directly to the Victoria Government. This saves Victoria the costs of acquiring new equipment (bear in mind an oil rig can be upwards of $1 billion), wage costs and general operating costs. I was actually losing 100 billion per year on operating costs and wages; if anything, Victoria had the better end of the deal.

Victoria referred to the treaty as Apartheid and if you are not aware of the meaning of the word, it was a period of time in South African history which segregated all black people from white people. It began with foreign companies exploiting Black people in the form of modern slavery. A white supremacist group took power in the country, forcing the Black population to live in certain areas, black people had to carry ‘passbooks’, they couldn't marry white people or set up businesses in white areas and they couldn't even use the same hospitals. More than 21,000 Black South Africans were killed and 3.5 million were forcefully displaced. This is radically different to a company giving the majority of its profit to another country.

Victoria has been attempting to aggravate me purposely for me to attack them by nationalising British property, cutting ties completely and militarising our border. He wants me to do this as it would spark MDPs and would force multiple nations into war with me. The people involved in this publicly made it abundantly clear that they wanted to carve up the entirety of my land, including the British Isles. The worst part of all this is that the people I thought were my friends took part in it. The Netherlands started this entire situation; after an argument between us both, he coerced Victoria into breaking our treaty. He even admitted that this was his aim. He exploited Victoria over a petty skirmish (which was basically a large misunderstanding). What annoys me the most, all of this happened when I was on break because of mental health issues. They all decided to backstab me when I couldn't even respond.

I made a reasonable request for my mining equipment to be returned and he refused. As I have said before, mining equipment is extremely expensive and I find it perfectly reasonable to want it back as it is a massive financial loss to me. Dauchh has kindly attempted to mediate the situation but Victoria has been uncooperative and shut the entire conversation down.

For RP sake I'm going to do this:

Alexander Pendragon implored British companies and British civilians to move out of Victoria and into Western Australia. Titan Corporation has offered to cover any expenses this may cause, and Western Australia will pay any accommodation fees. Titan Corporation and Westminster are yet to comment on the situation but economic sanctions are expected to follow.

Australia does have natural resources. They are a tree exporter (funny since they have few trees) and I believe they did have some sort of agricultural economy, such as sheep/wool.

I highly doubt there is anywhere in the world without at least SOME natural resources. Victoria must be capping (?)

I'll help you out or try to if anything too bad happens, and feel free to send some of those people over to Jeju-Do if West Australia can't hold them all. I'll gladly pay for their stuff. Anyways, welcome back Britain!!!
