Conflicting Claims:

Could anyone tell me who this guy is? He has recently commented on a bulletin of mine and it seems like he claims some land that I claim along with land claimed by six other people. It doesn't seem like he lost his land or was that active recently based on his bulletins. No one told me about him. https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=551083

Agriculture:

In order to increase food production and lower food imports, the government has begun to offer to farmers large amount of money in order to switch from growing rice or wheat to potatoes. It is October, so most northern farmers in regions such as Gansu are unable to make this switch as there is only one crop yield for them. However in the south in the populous region of Sichuan, farmers are able to have multiple crop yields due to the more beneficial climate.

The government has also begun a crop rotation program for different crops to be grown, with variations in what crops by region. It has begun labelling farms by their main crop produced, such as wheat, corn, or rice. There is also variation in the crop rotation program by the type of farm.

Additionally, the government has begun to allocate certain parts of urban regions to urban farming, mostly aquaponics and vertical farming.

Plastic:

New regulations replace many metals in the construction of new infrastructure, buildings, and manufactured goods with different plastics. The state-run petrochemical industry has begun to develop new plastics.

Military Tech:

A variation of the currently used Dongfeng EQ2050 known as the Dongfeng EQ2050L has been developed with an improved engine with 160 horse power with certain steel parts replaced with 2DPA-1 plastic parts.Bangladesh_Army_DongFeng_EQ2050_%2823373519529%29.jpg

A Tang recreation of the Uji Bomb known as the Wenyi Bomb has been developed and is being manufacutred. There is very little difference other than a few tweaks to make it more modern and viable.cbw_10_1-2_2017_Fig-1.jpg

A precision-guided mortar round using GPS-guidance known as the Type 87GG has been developed to be used in the Tang Type 87 infantry mortar. Another similar round, the Type 87L, using laser-guidance for the same purpose has also been developed.army.mil-103530-2011-03-30-090355.jpg

An incendiary bomb known as the Type 12 Bomb has been developed using napalm.4df30c4be35244fe847ef83e34ae7769.jpeg

Underground Transmission Cables:

The state has begun to construct underground transmission cables in remote regions such as Tibet to improve electronic infrastructure and the connection with remote communities and make it easier to govern.

Organ Harvesting:

The government has begun a new organ harvesting program. Prisoners on death-row, most prisoners are sentenced with "Work till death" so the deaths of most prisoners even if the crime is as insignificant as burglary can be arbitrarily decided at all times, are executed and harvested for organs no matter if they've consented or not with a notice to their families only after the harvesting. Requests to be buried or cremated are not respected. The average wait time for an organ transplant has lowered from five weeks to one to two weeks.

Timezone:

The government has now adopted UTC+7 as the timezone in all of Tang territory.

Money Printing:

The printing of the national currency has ceased fully. A military crackdown on counterfeiting has begun. The punishment for counterfeiting like all others in the Tang Clique are not standardised as there is no official legal system and punishments are arbitrarily decided by the state, however like most punishments in Tang territory, they are draconian usually leading to lifelong Laogai (Slave Convict labour) and or death.
