As the French Victorian state has ceased to exist, the Dutch have occupied the lands. The following treaty will set the future of the lands in stone, as the Republic has no intention to keep it all. The lands will be protected by the Dutch military until a new player claims it. If you're a new player and you'd like to claim it, please message me for details. PLEASE NOTE: Only new roleplayers (and maybe nation switchers) can get the land, it won't be given to any established players as a colony. Posted on: May 23rd, 2095.
Dutch Expansion.
The Dutch Republic Annexes French Flanders, this includes Dunkirk and Lille.
The Dutch Republic annexes the city of Calais, it is to be integrated as an exclave.
Alsace-Lorraine is seperated from former Victoria, and becomes a Dutch duchy.
Dunkirk and Lille are to be renamed to their Dutch names: Duinkerke and Rijssel respectively.
French will no longer be the main language in French Flanders and Calais, it is to be replaced with Dutch.
Dutch becomes mandatory in all schools in the new territories.
The Duchy of Alsace-Lorraine/Elza's-Lotharingen:
The title of Duke/Duchess will be held by the Dutch head of state.
German will be the main language in the Duchy.
Dutch and German will be mandatory subjects in school, French will no longer be.
The Duchy gets it's own (small) military, which will be under personal control of the Duke/Duchess.
The Remaining Land:
The rest of the land will be safekept for a new player.
The Soviet Federation leases the city of Boulogne Sur Mer for a sum of [REDACTED] and a non agression pact. This point might have to be renegotiated with a possible new owner of the land

what happened to Iorraine
I only leased Victoria Calais for story reasons, but, we will not take any action, as it is the holidays
So that answers my Calais question…
In that case, I will be claiming my old french land except for Calais.
