Border Dispute with Surriland seemingly settled

Thanks to the diplomatic aid of ally The Sedrosian Empire, Norway has seemingly settled its troublesome border dispute with Surriland. While negotiations remain ongoing, they seem to be reaching a conclusion and peace will soon be solidified for the Baltics.
The major compromise of the negotiations saw Norway give up the territory of Finmark (not including Tromso) in exchange for an alliance with Surriland and for a portion in the partition of Sweden

(It looks like this)

With this issue nearly settled, the Kingdom of Norway walks out better off than before having gained major (well developed) territories and a new alliance out of it all.

Soviet delegates invited to Oslo as relations open up between the two nations and tensions build with APSA

With Norway rapidly growing on the global stage, it was only a matter of time before it found itself unable to stay out of the current events in the Mediterranean. It seems that ever since Norway announced it stood by the Soviet’s in their dark hour, APSA soldiers have been getting closer and closer to Norwegian ships. In one instance, a Norwegian Cruise liner had to be escorted by 2 Naval Frigates out of fear that GF soldiers would attempt to raid the CIVILIAN vessel. This fear has been ever present amongst the populace since Graveyard Fleet ships violated Norwegian waters in an attempt to “Protect Surriland”, though this was clearly a lie as Surriland was under very minimal threat at the time and the GF has previously announced its support for an unrecognized people in Svalbard.

As a response to these growing tensions, the High King has announced that he will be inviting Soviet delegates to Oslo to discuss further diplomacy and the possibility of war aid  (Soviet vessels may go to Norwegian ports for resupply or repairs so that they are safe from APSA attacks in their vulnerable state) and trade networks.

Coastal Defenses begin rapid construction

After the neutral country of France was attacked by APSA forces and APSA looks more and more like a terrorist organization by the day fears of APSA declaring war on Europe as a whole are at an all time high. While the Norwegian navy is a fierce fighting force, it is smaller than many nearby powers and likely would not last long with the help of something else.
That something else in this case will be coastal defenses.

High King Olav has recently given the order for rapid construction of coastal defenses, specifically Coastal batteries (and powerful ones at that). (There will also be anti air guns, and machine gunners)

APSA is just going the route it was destined to head, a fate it was meant to reach sooner or later. (I guess)

Another denial of the Kingdom’s existence as a sovereign nation.
