Norway re-enters the world stage, pledges support to Tania

Got bored of Ukraine, I had a plan to declare war on the Germans for fun but I realized how stupid that was (how much they suck at making treaties at the end of wars played a minor part) and with me giving Poland over to RoDevs to do whatever with, I’m pretty much landlocked. So to cure Border gore in Eastern Europe, I’ve decided to pick up shop and become Norway with some minor differences of course (like how I’m an Absolute Monarchy and how I gave Norway a bit of a population growth, see https://politicsandwar.com/bulletin/id=33215/national-information for context)

Norway leaves isolation, announces support for Tania in their coming conflict

After news of the Borneo situation was brought to the attention of the Norwegian Monarch, the king had found it all but impossible to remain isolated and neutral in world politics. Being gifted his power shortly after the dissolution and failure of the Nordic Socialist Union, this will be the first truly major decision he makes on the world stage. In a press conference now released to the global community, the High King commented this 

“Under pressure from India, who had nothing to do with Borneo, Tania was forced to give up half the Island, despite being the original owner of it. By all means, Eastorasia (I butchered that spelling) is in the wrong here. However like a situation many years ago in Eastern Europe where Russia originally attempted to negotiate with Ukraine but the negotiation was halted by a third party, the United States, and war became a sad inevitability due to the actions of a nosy third party. The Union of India is that third party in our time, so to try and prevent another shameful war me and my nation pledge our support to Tania and urge that the world community also put aside past grievances and support those truly in the right”
