On the brink of war

The Soviet Federation has attacked Hainan, launching rocket strikes across the country’s western areas.

This is an undisputable invocation of ODCA Article V.

Beanstopia will send supplies to Hainan as long as necessary, and Beanstopian forces will aid Hainan in any operations conducted on prewar Hainanian (?) soil.

Beanstopia urges all ODCA nations to at a bare minimum supply material aid to Hainan, and ideally volunteers, as we are doing.

In other news, the Beanstopian Missile Program has produced its first offensive weapon. It is a direct descendant of the BADSAM air defense. It is called the BSRRS (Beanstopian Short Range Rocket System) and fires thermobaric weapons and other munitions.
