After the second naval recall, 150,000 Cascadian troops backed up by 2,000 tanks and 3,000 armored fighting vehicles crossed the southern border from San Diego into Baja California, where they encroached and sieged the nearby city of Tijuana.
From San Diego, artillery is bombarding military positions in Tijuana.
37 Dominion Air Force fighters deployed from all over southern San Andreas flew over Tijuana, destroying military positions, facilities, gas pipes, storages, etc. With the weakened and distracted state of the Mexican Air Force, there was no resistance, establishing Dominion control over the area.

Although, Cascadian officials, particularly San Andrean officials have been worrying about what this could mean for cities with a decently high hispanic population like Los Angeles and San Diego, and the potential dangers Mexican crime syndicates and cartels pose to the area and civilian population.
