The update
The changelog:
- A new "approval influenced" mode (i like influenced) which works similiarly to adjusted percentages but the government's chance to increase or decrease in percentage depends on the approval rating you insert.
- A threshold mode for Random and Adjusted percentages which will automatically calculate seats and exclude parties that don't pass the electoral threshold.
- The population votes will tell you how many votes each party got alongside the percentages.
- The population vote (true turnout) mode won't ask you to insert the turnout again.
- Turnout range can now be chosen by you.
- You can select a max range for percenage changes in the Adjusted percentages and Approval influenced modes.
- You can repeat the elections (back to the mode selection) without having to reinsert the parties.
- Made it more colorful.
- Small improvements to the code
What's coming next?
I'm glad you asked. Well, not that you did it willingly, I asked for you, and you love that because I said so for you too, you boykisser. Anyways, aside from perhaps some improvements to the code I am a bit out of ideas for the Election Simulator, at least for now (something may come up in the future). However, I am working on another program: a.... drum roll.... COUP SIMULATOR!
Exciting I know, it's still early in development and I've been pretty busy IRL these days but stay tuned for it!
