Parsedean Empire formally declares Aghanistan annexed

I dunno man.

 

Afghanistan will become the 7th democratic republic of the Parsedean Empire Confederation. It will be used as a mining and resource hotspot. The economic stimulus of 1,800,000 Parmesan Cheeses will be donated to support the population of the new republic. Elections for the leader of the republic will be held after the population reaches over 3,500. 

 

If any foreign nation claims this province, please let me know
