Armed Technocratic Uprising In Hong Kong

In the City of Hong Kong a terrorist group known as "The Soldiers for a functional China" have taken over police station, power lines, and government buildings and declared the formation of the "technocratic Confederation of China" The leadership of the organization is not public.

So far the group as we speak is fighting with local Chinese police and military forces still operating in Hong Kong, however reports are coming in that the military and police are starting to lose more and more territory to the Technocratic forces with already 10% of the massive city falling into their hands in just 9 hours of fighting.

The Local government of Hong Kong has declared a state of emergency and urged citizens to seek shelter and to limit phone usage in order to clear traffic for Police and other emergency services.

The Chinese government has yet to release any speeches on the issue yet however a government Spokeswoman told Listen in News that military forces will be deployed to help crush the revolt in the coming hours with a speech by Chang Huang on the state of the Nation soon.
