They launched a missile at the capital and knocked out the recycling center, and for the first time since its construction the people actually have to deal with partially polluted air. We are now requesting if anyone has spare money, we don't need too much, just a tad bit to keep our cities and military maintained and repaired. Other than that, the war will be easily won.
