Welcome to the Galactic Federation of Orbis, we're a small alliance that supports piracy and raid wars. That's how we get most of our resources, then if you want to, you can sell these resources for cheap or use it for a project. Our rules are strict in the way that you have to attack inactive nations by raiding, only when you're getting attacked by active and powerful nations will you ever not use raiding policies. You also must embargo a nation that is attacking the alliance or a member of the alliance, if a superior is giving you commands you must follow.
