The Holy God, Konstantin, stands as both the spiritual shepherd and absolute ruler, sanctified by divine right and feared for his unrelenting will.

Children are indoctrinated from birth, raised in state-run monasteries where they are molded into holy warriors, sworn to obedience and sacrifice. To live is to serve, to die is to ascend. Military service is considered the highest form of devotion, and soldiers march not only under banners of the empire, but under the shadow of the cross entwined with the sigil of death.

The clergy controls every corporation, guild, and trade. The economy itself is an altar, and profit is a sacrament. Industries are structured as holy orders, each enterprise overseen by priests who claim divine authority over production, labor, and ownership. To question their decree is heresy; to resist is treason.

Citizens are bound by doctrine, their daily lives regulated by sermons broadcast through iron towers that pierce the sky. The empire tolerates no dissent, for dissent is sin. Art is propaganda, history is scripture, and truth is whatever the priesthood declares it to be.

To outsiders, the Holy Empire of Latinum appears as a machine of perfect order—disciplined, zealous, and unyielding. But within, it is a realm where freedom has been crucified, individuality is ashes, and every breath is taken in service to the eternal Cult.
