History: 3 thousand years ago, Laui or Menglia (the name it had before), was founded by Latsuki Zumoku, an ancestor of the Leader right now:
Latsuki was a normal man who dreamt about having his own country, so, when he got enough money, he bought a little strip of land for almost all his money. Latsuki called it "Menglia". Menglia was the smallest country in the world, so nobody recognized it as a country. But he didn't give up. Latsuki worked hard at his job of a janitor for a wealthy woman. She eventually fell in love with him, and offered to help him buy more land. She was so rich that she could buy 100 square miles if she wanted to, and she did.
With all that land, They could start a country, even though it was hard. After 10 years of hard work, making the government and many more things, the country of Menglia was recognized by another country and then more and more countries saw Menglia as a real country since it had everything a country needs, even a population and it was over 10 thousand. That was a lot for 100 square miles. Latsuki had everything he had dreamed of, and then when he died, the new leader was chosen through a vote.
