The Republic of America has a constitution. This constitution guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to bear arms, right to privacy, right to a fair trial by jury in a criminal or civil case upon request. A request for a jury trial is required by the defendant otherwise there will be a bench trial instead. A defendant also has the right to remain silent In any interaction with law enforcement, judge, or the prosecution.

The Republic of America is governed by the President and the senate. The senate will elect 3 senators per city. The senate will pass new laws. The president is the commander and chief of all armed forces. Any declaration of war has to be approved by the senate and head General. The president also has the power to pardon anyone of any crime. Anything the senate passes can be passed with a simple majority. 

Senate Elections occur every 6 years and presidential elections every 4 years. If a president dies, resigns, or is removed, a special election should be held within 90 days of the president leaving office. A president can choose to hold a special election before they leave office if theyre resigning. The longest serving senator will act as president until a special election is held. The senate shall not be in session during this period. Removing the president has to be approved by the entire senate and Supreme Court.   

If a senator dies, resigns, or is removed the president shall appoint a replacement until a special election is held. A special election should be held within 90 days of the senator leaving office. Removing a senator has to be approved by the President and Supreme Court. 

The Republic of America has a Supreme Court. They can strike down laws the senate passes if theyre determined to be unconstitutional. The Supreme Court has 3 judges if a judge dies, resigns, or is removed the president shall appoint a replacement and the senate shall confirm. To remove a judge both the president and entire senate must approve. The Supreme Court doesn't have elections. They are in office until they die, resign, or removed. 

Although hard drugs and cannabis is legal, large amounts can be criminalized. A judge can determine if any offense is serious enough for the death penalty. The defendant can appeal it to the Supreme Court. Any transgender will be required to use the restroom of their biological gender. They also have to play the sport of their biological gender. Slavery is illegal and anyone over the age of 18 can vote in elections. Anyone over the age of 30 can run in a election and form political parties.
