Almost at the end of the 19th century, when Julio A. Roca governed Argentina, the descendants of the Rosas Family and two organizations opposed to the government began to gain relevance, thus reaching the national elections of 93 ' which ended in a victory for Julio A. Roca along with the National Autonomist Party, in the face of this defeat called by international leagues 'Fraudulent', Maxthef de Rosas put together a group of gauchos and peasants, marching from Cordoba City to Buenos Aires, where the Second Battle of Caseros would take place, after a fierce burst of gunfire, the white flag appears in the Congress. Roca leaves Congress in awe of his own people, ending the pro-British reign, while in Buenos Aires the decision is made to establish the Rosista Monarchy, thus ending democracy in the name of the people.
