- After 2 years, taxes will tax up to 10% of business profit, and this number will decrease every 2 years to a minimum of 5%
Environmental Sustainability:
Communal Act:
I: All businesses are to be owned by the state or the community
i. If an individual wants to set up a business, the business must be pitched to the local council who will then own the business on behalf of the individual
ii. The entire community will get a share of the profits that the business makes, with business members receiving the flat wage. The minimum wage will be very high, with a progressive income tax
iii. Investors can invest in any charitable efforts that the business makes, but investment money will go to more supplies for the population and for humanitarian efforts rather than capital returns.
II. Goods and services are to be sold to the government, who will then distribute it to the public
i. Shops will be set up by the government that will contain the products that the businesses sold, with the shops belonging to the state- owned businesses by law.
ii. Forms of legal transgression such as shoplifting is a legal offence against the business entity, and therefore the entire government, making shoplifting, vandalism or any illegal acts against a business an act of treason. Any complaints are to be legally submitted in a complaints website
iii. Feedback can be sent to businesses, and businesses must listen to everyone.
III. Products are to be informed by consumer preference and cultural trends, preserving the social sustainability of the nation.
IV. Every individual will receive a flat income, and basic resources for survival(A house, food and water)
i. If a person is at risk of homelessness, they are legally obliged to speak with a Home Official who will find them a job and keep resources secure for them
ii. The sub-clause above applies to those who are homeless as well.
iii. Prosecutions for an individual found to be given more than one property, or staying at a property that has not been used for more than 2 months without legal reasons(Travel, Accidents or Hospital Stay) will lose the property and the property will be allocated to a homeless person. This law is not likely to happen as all houses are state-owned
V. Workers are entitled to extra-benefits based on any innovations or noticeable efforts:
i. These promotional benefits will be decided democratically with each member of the company participating legally via a vote
ii. The worker chosen for consideration will be anonymous to eliminate bias
VI. Creativity and Experimentation are encouraged in businesses
VII. A progressive income tax will be used, which starts at 15% for the population and increases by 5% for each extra-benefit. The maximum possible tax is a 50% tax if an individual's overall reach surpasses $1 million
VIII. Employment must not deny a candidate for the job if it is for the following reasons:
- Ethnicity
- Cultural Heritage
- Gender identity
- Gender at birth
- School penalties below a suspension
Prosecutions Act:
I. Prosecutions are to align with the prosecutions given in the United Kingdom
i. This is to ensure that the death-penalty isn't used, which morally undermines the gravity of a crime.
ii. However, white room may be used for mass-murder and war-crimes involving mass-!@#$ or !@#$, with reparations and mental support to be offered to victims or families of victims as a national apology.
Government Control Act
I. Every month, public opinion will be assessed by a neutral monitoring system to evaluate government approval and perceived corruption.
i. Neutral agents—managed by state-neutral oversight bodies—shall conduct news analysis, population surveys, and direct interviews.
II. If:
- The government's approval rating falls below 35%, and
- The corruption rating exceeds 35%,
then the ruling government becomes eligible for judicial review by the Independent Council of Civic Ethics (ICCE).
III. Judicial review includes investigation of misconduct, policy abuse, or failure to adhere to constitutional responsibilities. Findings may result in impeachment proceedings, mandatory resignation, or public reelection calls.
IV. Governments must adhere to the Declaration of Human Rights at all times, which can be seen below:
Declaration of Human Rights:
All humans are to be treated as human beings with individual, civil rights and freedoms as residents of the United Transcendent States. These rights do not discriminate between any human characteristic; whether it be the following: ethnicity, gender identity, gender at birth, cultural heritage, cultural traditions and sexuality.
Banks Act:
I. The UTS Central Bank is responsible for ensuring:
a. A stable resource flow and circulation of money
b. That the funding of public innovation is done
c. Economic sustainability is maintained
d. Universal human needs are maintained and supported through sovereign money issuance
II. UTS commercial banks are to follow Islamic Banking due to the corrupt and capitalist nature of usury:
a. Mudarabah + Murabaha transactions will be used to create businesses, where the government purchases the business and sells the business to the owner when the owner sells enough products that can value at higher than the business price. Funds will circulate into the State Business Bank, which will then use all money not stored in reserves(20% reserves) to purchase other businesses or provide innovation benefits to the public who have been voted for promotions.
b. If business needs government funding, the state will have to perform a musharakah co-investment fund to eliminate private property and create money via a profit fee that the business will pay.
III. UTS money will be created through sovereign monetary issuance:
a. The Central Bank mints Kuros into digital accounts

1. Universal flat income + housing allowance(Liquidity will be kept at a high via the purchase of business project assets when new innovations are made. If no innovations are made, then banks will resort to charging higher fees during Ijara purchases to drain excess liquidity)
2. Business seeding, where new businesses can create money via the circulation of money produced from selling products to the government
3. Emergency responses and infrastructure reserves
4. Government project spending
c. No private banks are allowed to lend money, and all base money must be sovereignly issued.
IV. All profits will be viewed as created money and will be deposited for circulation
V. Tax money will be treated as a deposit by the Central Bank, and will allow for more money to enter more people's accounts, therefore increasing wages over time.
Greed Act:
I. If an individual is caught owning private property that poses a threat to a basic human right, the individual will have the excess property removed by law. Examples of the properties include:
a. More than one home, where the owner must give up the extra home to a homeless person
b. Any item that costs over a salary for 10 years must be melted, with the money going to the needy
II. If the individual does not comply, then their assets shall be liquidated and redistributed among the entirety of the public via monetary income.
a. The government should predict the costs of each item by analysing other prices on the market or examining the price per unit for each material present. Regression will be used to predict a rise and fall in value so that the maximum value can be achieved for those in need.
Planned Obsolence Act:
I. No product is to intentionally place flaws into products for flaw to preserve socioeconomic and environmental sustainability.
II. In terms of Environmental Sustainability, greenwashing shall be 100% illegal and is considered a crime against the state.
a. All businesses are state-owned, so businesses lying to the public shall be under arrest from the Governmental Control Act
b. All businesses will be checked under a monthly basis, and failure to comply shall result in 60% of assets being liquidated to the Central Bank
c. A Green Standard Report will be published on national news every year
News Act:
I. News corporations are to be publicly owned without any state interference
II. The public can decide on how trustworthy their news sources are via feedback to the news companies and votes for journalists
III. The news organisation will be a non-profit organisation
