The Legion mechanized infantry drones belonging to the Giadian Empire that invaded Combat District 17 took severe damage from our own nations unmanned combat drones— the Juggernauts and were forced to withdraw.

Damage taken by our side was minimal, with no human injuries or fatalities!

Combat via highly advanced, ethically responsible drones has resulted in zero fatalities on our side!

History: The Republic of San Magnolia was once a monarchy ruled over the land's native people, the Alba. Over three hundred years ago, in Republic Year 1 (Stellar Year 1782), a democratic revolution overthrew the monarchy, leading to the establishment of the world's first modern democracy. The revolution was led by a woman who would later become called as San Magnolia, and her martyrdom gave the Republic its name.

In the aftermath of the revolution, the new Republic attracted a large influx of refugees who were drawn by its ideals of equality. These migrants, mostly of non-Alba descent would be classified by the Republic as "Colorata".

In Republic Year 358 (Stellar Year 2139), the Giadian Empire declared war on the Republic of San Magnolia. In desperation, the Republic decided to withdraw all citizens to within 85 administrative sectors centered around the capital city. At the same time, the Special Wartime Peace Preservation Act, Presidential Order #6609, was also enacted during this time, which designates all Colorata citizens within the Republic as threats to the nation and supporters of the Empire.

With the law passing, the Republic carried out the mass relocation of all Colorata citizens to areas outside the 85 sectors. Over the following year, the Gran Mur, a massive defensive wall encircling the 85 administrative zones, was constructed by the government.

In Republic Year 359 (Stellar Year 2140), the first M1A4 Juggernaut, an advanced unmanned combat drone, was constructed. A weapon vastly superior to the Giadian Empire’s autonomous Legion and marked the beginning of the Republic’s fully unmanned drone army.

By Republic Year 367 (Stellar Year 2148), the war is no longer viewed as an existential threat to the Republic, and its people enjoyed a moderately idyllic lifestyle behind the Gran Mur and the Juggernauts.
