25 years ago, the old Union fell apart for... various reasons. Part of which is corruption, growing distrust, inefficiency, and many more... The main reason though... it's just the U.R.P-C (Unions of Revolutionary Parties-Socialist), the coalition of parties which Avtkov is the leader of, staged a revolution in the capital city of Pravotov. The revolution was victorious after the U.R.P-C had taken the Pravotov Regenerative Urbanisation System (P.R.U.S).
The civil war that comes after witnessed a 4-sided war. In the
east side of the mountains, which houses the capital Pravotov and led by the U.R.P-C were the U.P.R, which then was named U.U.R.F (Union of United Revolutionary Fronts). From the west side of the mountains was the Antarctica Commune, an anarchist society which holds control of Atovpok and the Pokalev Arms Plant in the city. Further west once lies Szuripov Reclaimation Government (S.R.G). With a militarist view the S.R.G planned to take over the mountains with the help of most of the old military and the Leninov Tankery School Complex, the largest of the remaining tankery school complexes of the old Union after the former largest was dissolved after a mutiny. Lastly in the North of the old Union is the Plzamov Emergency Defence Corporation (P.E.D.C) guarding the A.T.F for their dear life.
The U.U.R.F, after noticing the Antarctica Commune and the S.R.G were fighting, pulled out the P.R.U.S, with its regenerative factories and stormed in the P.E.D.C, caught the P.E.D.C off guard and from there steamrolled it's army to the remaining factions (Although because of the two remaining factions after 5 years of fighting before the P.E.D.C capitulation, decided to allied and push the war 12 years more than the U.U.R.F expected. |

Follows the path of United Economy (Sub-type of Socialism). People's occupation are considered equal in purpose, wage were paid based on result, essentials (food and water, electricity if the citizen is desperate enough), healthcare and education were provided involuntary, even to those in gulags (Yeah).
Although, because of this the taxes were... welp, "reasonable". After filling in the Civilian Income Audit every year, if that person have more than 125000 Rubles of income yearly, a 15% tax will be applied. The tax rate then increase by 0.1% for each additional 1000 rubles in the person's income
Insurance isn't really suiting (Except insurances for unfair treatment in work and social life) for the U.P.R in the eyes of Avtkov. More money are being poured into crisis preventions and military instead. |

After the collapse of the old Union 25 years ago, the Union's successor need to have a competent military to thwart away raiders and retake captured lands, and thus the Communard is established, following decree 13/A-UPR by Avtkov himself.
Both men and women from 18 years old and above are obligated to be in the Communard's Reserve Fighting Corps, and both men and women can enlist into the Communard.
For the tank forces... For whatever bullshit reason, the old government decided to train tank crews from dedicated tankery schools (Did they come up with this by looking at inspirations somewhere else? I don't know...), which the future crews enter from the age of 14. This led to the fact that most tank crews in the U.P.R were reorganized refugees, a lot of which are below 18, which were deemed unsuitable for combat. This problem are being fixed, although abolishing the schools cost too much to be effective...
Welp, at least the aerial and naval forces were being properly organised... |
