History: After the Third World War (2026-2027), most of humanity perished from the nuclear fallout/winter. Only a million or so people survived globally. 15 years later, tiny pockets of human activity rose from the bunkers, with various factions and warlord states being established in an effort to survive in the global wasteland.
One such faction is Imperio Canadia, an authoritarian regime led by Daniel Arcand, the grandson of the late Adrian Arcand, leader of the long defunct Unity Party of Canada. Daniel Arcand has vowed to rebuild Canada in his own image, and establish an empire whilst destroying the Quebecois and surviving American people, whom he blames for causing Canada’s collapse. For now, though, Imperio Canadia remains a tiny warlord state surrounded by others of its kind and wastelands.
