The Republic of New Singapore is a city-state located off the eastern coast of the Australian continent, near present-day Sydney. 

The Republic of New Singapore shall not launch an unprovoked attack against any nation, with an exception for nations inactive for a lengthy period of time.

History:

In the year 2191, human civilization was ruled by a tyrannical world-state which oppressed its citizens in every way imaginable. The few dissidents of the regime decided to come together, and after great danger and tribulation, managed to flee the regime by escaping to the uninhabited continent of Australia. There, they held a meeting, and declared the founding of the Free Republic of New Singapore, a nation in which every citizen's rights is valued. From its few initial settlers, the city-state grew to hundreds of thousands of inhabitants, as more and more people from the oppressive regime of the old found refuge in our new nation. To this day, our nation countinues to serve as a beacon of hope for the oppressed masses, and we welcome anyone who seeks freedom to come to our country.
