BACKGROUNDS

Moonville, Nova Crescent, San Oceana, and Serene are the four cities that make up the United Cities of Asteria, also known as "UCA". The UCA used to be a constitutional monarchy, with the Sebastian dynasty serving as head of state. However, following the 20XX coup, the Sebastian dynasty suffered damage to its reputation and constitutional legitimacy. This resulted in the abolition of the monarchy, and Irene Piccadelle became the first president of the UCA.

MISSION

UCA national government will serve the people through political, economic, and social means ensuring that Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, and Justice (DEIJ) in the nation succeed no matter where in this land or who the people are.

VISION

UCA will become a home for many people by preserving traditional values. UCA will be the people's hope for achieving their dreams by pursuing progressiveness, and it will set an example for the orbis in terms of balancing those two values with the good governance, especially under the DEIJ principle.
