Political System

Baltiski operates as a Communist Dictatorship, led by Admiral Silcero and the People’s Revolutionary Council (PRC). The Party of Baltiski Workers (PBW) is the sole legal party, guiding all aspects of governance under Stalino-Jucheist principles. While local workers’ councils allow limited public participation, the state maintains control to prevent counter-revolutionary influence.

PBW (Stalino-Juche Hardliners):

They follow the core principles of Stalino-Juche (centralized control, absolute loyalty to the leader, and strong state enforcement of socialist policies), but focus on strict authoritarian rule and absolute control by a single party. The state is the supreme authority, and they emphasize the vanguard party’s role in guiding the revolution, similar to Stalin’s era.

PBW (Syndicalist):
While still adhering to Stalino-Juche, the Syndicalists push for a system where the working class controls the means of production directly, through workers’ councils and syndicates. They advocate for a planned economy but with a strong emphasis on worker self-management and decentralized governance, albeit under the framework of Stalino-Juche.

PBW (Anarchist):
The Anarchists within the PBW still align with Stalino-Juche in the sense of maintaining a strong, centralized party and socialist economy, but they tailor it to push for the abolition of the state once the revolution has succeeded. They would aim for a stateless society, emphasizing self-management and autonomous communes, while initially working within the constraints of the Stalino-Juche system until the state can “wither away.”

PBW (Technocrats):
Technocrats within the PBW focus on harnessing science, technology, and planning to advance the goals of Stalino-Juche. They support a highly rationalized economy, where experts and engineers take the lead in managing industries and resources. The party controls, but technocratic elites would ensure efficient management and technological advancements, believing that these can be used to further the revolution under a strong, centralized state.

KPP (Krunachevi People’s Party - Stalino-Juche)
The Krunachevi People’s Party (KPP) follows Stalino-Juche as well, but with a specific focus on ethnic autonomy for the Krunachevi people within a unified, strong centralized state. They emphasize the protection and progress of Krunachevi culture and rights under the Stalino-Juche ideology. The party is fiercely loyal to the state’s authority but prioritizes the Krunachevi identity, culture, and self-determination within the socialist framework.

Culture

Baltiski’s culture blends traditional European heritage with revolutionary socialist values. Christian Communism forms the moral foundation, with People’s Clerics working alongside the state to promote brotherhood, sacrifice, and collective well-being.

Art, literature, and music glorify proletarian unity and struggle, while education emphasizes scientific socialism, military preparedness, and industrial expertise. Festivals, military parades, and socialist work programs foster national unity.

Community life revolves around cooperative labor, ideological study, and physical training, reinforcing discipline and loyalty to the People, Party, and Chair.

History: Baltiski emerged from the ruins of a fractured and war-torn region, once dominated by competing monarchies, capitalist regimes, and foreign influence. Discontent among the working class and rural poor reached a boiling point as inequality, corruption, and exploitation ran rampant. A coalition of revolutionary cells, military defectors, and religious communists united under the banner of the Party of Baltiski Workers (PBW), launching a people’s uprising that would reshape the nation’s destiny.

Under the strategic leadership of Admiral Silcero, a former naval commander turned revolutionary figurehead, the movement seized the capital and dismantled the old order. The PBW declared the foundation of a new socialist state built on the principles of Stalino-Jucheism—a fusion of centralized leadership, proletarian vanguardism, and civic self-reliance rooted in the cultural and spiritual traditions of the people.

To consolidate the revolution, the People’s Revolutionary Council (PRC) was formed, overseeing the transformation of Baltiski into a one-party Communist Dictatorship. Massive land reforms, industrial nationalization, and collectivized agriculture reshaped the economic landscape, while Christian Communism became the nation’s guiding moral compass, blending Orthodox faith with socialist ethics.

Despite initial internal power struggles and ideological divisions within the PBW—between Hardliners, Syndicalists, Anarchists, and Technocrats—a shared commitment to the revolution’s success kept the party unified under Silcero’s firm leadership. Meanwhile, the Krunachevi People’s Party (KPP) emerged as a loyal ethnic-based faction, ensuring representation and cultural protection for the Krunachevi minority within the framework of a strong, centralized state.

Over time, Baltiski developed a distinctive identity: militarized, disciplined, ideologically driven, and deeply rooted in collective sacrifice. Through an unwavering commitment to the slogan “For People, Party, and Chair,” the nation endured hardship, isolation, and counter-revolutionary threats to become a beacon of revolutionary order and socialist resolve.
