Land area

The area of the Arab Republic of Egypt is about 1,002,000 square kilometers, and the inhabited area is 78,990 square kilometers, representing 7.8% of the total area.

Geographical location

Egypt is located in the northeastern corner of the African continent, and has an Asian extension represented by the Sinai Peninsula, bordered to the north by the Mediterranean Sea, to the south by Sudan, to the east by the Red Sea, and to the west by Libya.

National flag

Since ancient times, flags have been used as symbols in wars and battles. With the development of human awareness and the emergence of the nation-state, the flag has become a symbol of the state that must be respected because it expresses loyalty and belonging to it.

The Egyptian currency is the oldest currency in the region, and it was called the “Egyptian pound” like the “British pound.”

Egypt has been a proud member of United Ummah since February 24, 2023.

On May 6, 2023, Egypt joined the government ranks of United Ummah as a Military Affairs (MA) department member.

On May 26, 2023, Egypt advanced further by becoming a Military Affairs (MA) department officer within United Ummah.

After years of dedication, on May 1, 2025, Egypt became the head of Military Affairs (MA) within United Ummah
