History: The Walberrian State is a nation located in the tip of the Western Antarctic peninsula. The Walberrian State was originally intended to be a colonial territory for the Golden Federation after the scramble for antarctica in 2024, but eventually it broke away from the federation after turmoil befell the nation, which caused a civil war that lasted 9 months and dealt casualties in tens of millions. The Walberrian State became a safe haven to those who sought refuge from the atrocities happening at home.

Initially the Walberrian State had elections for some time where they voted for their respective leaders, but it changed when General Felix Kleitmann, who was a former Golden Federation officer before he fled to antarctica,seized control of the military and overthrew the then current president Frank Halbert and turned it into a military dictatorship,where it currently sits today.
