Active daily, chronically seeking expansion.  I only attack inactive nations, so if you're in an alliance and I attack a member nation, please get their attention or have them negotiate for peace; will accept peace negotiations at all times.  If you do decide to counter, just remember: I have nukes, and I USE them.  Always ready to negotiate, but inactive nations are a detriment to all alliances and should be fair game.  Contact me before countering; I'll always be willing to negotiate. Otherwise, I embrace the policy of Mutually Assured Destruction.
