History:	Welldoing is an experiment, created by the Overseen on an island no one bothered to claim at the time, due to its harsh climate, lack of apparent resources and strategic insignificance. The Overseen were a group of approximately 100 scientists seeking to get around legal boundaries preventing them from conducting experiments that were deemed to be immoral by regular nations. As a result, Welldoing constitution is very flexible, with only concrete laws in place to prevent power struggles and fragmentation of the nation itself. It is divided into many communes, each overseen by one Seeker, who is elected by the denizens of the commune. Each Seeker must run an experiment within their commune that is different from every other Seekers' experiment, and must see to its end, and then report it to the Overseen, a council of Seekers named after the founders. Within Overseen, it will be reviewed and discussed by other Seekers. If a Seeker is found to have produced unscientific results by the majority of the Seekers, they can be banished.
