History: After a major disaster couldn't be averted, the people of Atalesia were transported to a world unfamiliar with Alchemy. Queen Pelora Atal works tirelessly to adjust to this new foreign world, and to find a way to return to the familiar planet of Aldea.

The seven colors on the Atalesian flag represent each of the races present on Aldea, symbolizing the ethnic diversity and tolerance.

Land Area: 52,303.55 sq. km
Terrain: The archipelago of Tierra del Fuego, Atalesia's new homeland, consists of a main island formerly known as Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego, now Valmexa Island, with an area of 48,100 km2, and a group of smaller islands. The archipelago is divided by an east–west channel, the Highriver Channel, immediately south of the main island. The largest islands south of the Highriver Channel are Rinwood and Pandalla. The Golden Sea in the southwestern part of the main island contains many glaciers that reach the ocean.

The topography of Tierra del Fuego can be divided into four regions: an outer archipelago region to the south and west, a mountainous region in the south, a plains region, plus a sub-Andean zone in-between the last two zones.

Climate: Atalesia's homeland region has a subpolar oceanic climate with short, cool summers and long, wet, moderately mild winters: the precipitation averages 3,000 mm a year in the far west, but precipitation decreases rapidly towards the eastern side. Temperatures are steady throughout the year. Snowfall can occur in summer. The cold and wet summers help preserve the ancient glaciers. The southernmost islands possess a sub-antarctic climate typical of tundra that makes the growth of trees impossible. Some areas in the interior have a polar climate.

Military
History: After the War of the Liro Coalition, most central Aldean states combined their military power under the rule of Pelora Atal. While Orbis offers new technologies and a distinct lack of Eno, there have been many great strides made towards moving to an equal playing field with their neighbors.

The Atalesian Armed Forces are easily distinguished by their widespread use of gas masks and full body coverings wherever possible. This idea was proposed by General Maya Uzren as a way of attempting to blend in better with the humans of Orbis. The uniforms are designed with each Aldean race in mind to provide the most uniform appearence as possible, while also providing superior comfort and protection.
