**Constitution of Countrynavia**

**Preamble:**
We, the people of Countrynavia, guided by the principles of socialism and unity, hereby establish this Constitution to strengthen our nation, promote the welfare of all citizens, and advance the cause of socialism.

**Article I: Supreme Leader**
1. The Supreme Leader of Countrynavia shall be the highest authority, vested with executive, legislative, and judicial powers.
2. The Supreme Leader shall be elected by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Countrynavia and shall serve for life or until resignation or removal by the Central Committee.

**Article II: Party Leadership**
1. The Communist Party of Countrynavia shall be the sole political party, guiding the state and society in accordance with socialist principles.
2. The Central Committee of the Communist Party shall serve as the highest decision-making body, responsible for setting policies and directing the affairs of the nation.

**Article III: People's Assembly**
1. The People's Assembly of Countrynavia shall serve as the legislative body, implementing the directives of the Supreme Leader and the Central Committee.
2. Members of the People's Assembly shall be appointed by the Communist Party, representing the interests of the proletariat and the working class.

**Article IV: People's Courts**
1. The People's Courts of Countrynavia shall administer justice in accordance with socialist law and the principles of proletarian justice.
2. Judges of the People's Courts shall be appointed by the Supreme Leader, ensuring impartiality and fairness in the judicial process.

**Article V: Socialist Economic Affairs**
1. The economy of Countrynavia shall be planned and managed by the state, with the goal of meeting the needs of the people and advancing socialist development.
2. All means of production, including land, factories, and natural resources, shall be collectively owned and managed by the state on behalf of the people.
3. Economic planning shall prioritize the development of heavy industry, agriculture, and essential services, ensuring self-sufficiency and sustainability.
4. The state shall guarantee full employment and provide for the welfare of all citizens, including access to housing, healthcare, education, and social security.
5. Trade and economic relations with foreign countries shall be conducted in accordance with the principles of socialist internationalism, promoting solidarity and cooperation among socialist states.

**Article VI: Revolutionary Defense**
1. The Revolutionary Guard of Countrynavia shall be the vanguard of the socialist revolution, tasked with defending the state against internal and external threats.
2. The Revolutionary Guard shall answer directly to the Supreme Leader and the Central Committee, upholding the principles of socialism and proletarian internationalism.

**Article VII: Supremacy of Socialist Ideology**
The socialist ideology of Marxism-Leninism shall be the guiding ideology of Countrynavia, shaping all aspects of political, economic, and social life in accordance with the principles of class struggle and proletarian dictatorship.

**Article VIII: Amendment Process**
1. Amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by the Supreme Leader or the Central Committee of the Communist Party.
2. Proposed amendments shall be ratified by the People's Assembly and approved by the Supreme Leader before taking effect.

**Article IX: Transition to Communism**
Countrynavia shall strive towards the establishment of a classless, stateless society based on the principles of communism, where the means of production are held in common and the state withers away.

**Article X: Dissolution of Opposition**
Any activities or organizations deemed counter-revolutionary or contrary to the principles of socialism shall be prohibited, and their members subject to prosecution and punishment.

**Article XI: Socialist Internationalism**
Countrynavia shall promote solidarity and cooperation with other socialist states and revolutionary movements, working towards the eventual triumph of socialism on a global scale.

**Article XII: Eternal Vigilance**
The people of Countrynavia shall remain vigilant against attempts to undermine or sabotage the socialist revolution, defending the achievements of socialism and advancing towards a brighter future for all.
