Formation & Renewed Order
Proica, founded by pirates in the early 1500s, eventually became a trading wharf city into a thriving metropolis of diverse people. Proica, in its early days, was a small central hub for criminality and warlords who would use Proica as a hideout. Sometime later in its history, in the 1800s, it formed a centralized governance to control and bring order to Quunlass, the capital city of Proica. By the 1900s, the town had flourished under its new government but soon became corrupted, and influential leaders rose. One faction would seek a new Directive of things, forming a Sultanate, an absolute monarchy within the Small State of Proica with imperial discretions. The New Sultanate ruled supremely unchallenged in its politics. All competing factions had been eradicated from the Small Micro Nation Proica after the Sultanate passed down a "Single Governing Body policy." The following 300 years would see the Sultanate grow more potent in Proica.
