Welcome to the People's Republic of Stratham

(TPR) Stratham was founded on March 14, 2082, by Leon Roy following the 8-year revolution. The PRS consists of 13 total regions, some of which still experience conflicts following the People's victory after the collapse of the Imperial House. The capitol, Arvandor, is a beaming jewel of the republic and leads the charge in industrialization and modernization sweeping through the nation. 

The Greater Assembly, consisting of the People's Council and General Assembly, is the nation's primary legislative body, which is heading by the Chancellor. (Leon Roy, 2082-present) Seats on the General Assembly are divided proportionally based on the population of all administrative regions and elected on a four-year cycle. Seats on the People's Council are elected every 12 years, and there is one seat per administrative region. The People's Council appoints the Chancellor at the beginning of every term.

The Courts of Stratham include the Supreme Court, as well as various regional and local courts. Justices on the Supreme Court are appointed by the chancellor, and confirmed by the Greater Assembly. Appointments last for life. Regional and local courts are responsible for handling cases within their respective jurisdictions.

March 3, 2074 -- Martial law is declared in Lador and Solandor following protests

November 9, 2074 -- Several members of the Imperial Court take over military and administrative control over the Empire, there is no heir apparent.

December 12, 2074 -- Victor Aridor crowns himself Emperor Victor III, House Aridor becomes the new Imperial House. Former Imperial House Aurora collapses.
December 19, 2074 -- The local governments of Eryndor, Fervia, Aridor, Valoria, and Novaria declare independence from the Empire and separatist movements.

January 7, 2082 -- General Leon Roy begins the Siege of Arvandor from the separatist region Thalassa.

February 28, 2082 -- The National Archive in Arvandor is destroyed during the Siege of Arvandor. Historical documents between 2075-2081 were destroyed or misplaced. The Ministry of Culture has created a taskforce to collect all information from this period, known as Stratham's Dark Age.

March 14, 2082 -- General of the People's Army Leon Roy unifies Arvandor and Thalassa under the new Constitution. The 8-year revolution is considered over, now being considered an “internal conflict”. Leon Roy is formerly made Chancellor of Stratham.

March 30, 2082 -- Arvandor is declared the capital of the People's Republic of Stratham, a civilian government is formed and the military reorganizes to begin a national campaign against all remaining regions.

September 3, 2082 -- The people of Eryndor led a rebellion against enemy forces, joining the People's revolution and supporting Chancellor Roy.

December 20, 2082 -- The people of Fervia led a rebellion against enemy forces, joining the People's revolution and supporting Chancellor Roy.

May 20, 2096 -- Both houses of the Greater Assembly ratify Stratham's ascension to the Federated States of Orbis. Chancellor Roy applauded the expeditious vote.

December 13, 2098 -- The 11th region of Stratham, Glorindel, is reunified after the sudden collapse of enemy forces.

January 24, 2100 -- The final region from the defunct Empire, Elvandar, has been reunified. A national day of celebration is declared.
January 26, 2100 -- Chancellor Roy announces a campaign shall commence to unify the continent, by any means necessary.

March 13, 2100 -- A new region has been liberated from neighboring states, named Eldoria.
March 25, 2100 -- A new region has been liberated from neighboring states, named Mythralis.
