The Orbis War, also known as the Great War, was a devastating conflict that engulfed the entire world. Instead, he called for a meeting of 4 nations borders his own nation, and proposed a new and united nation with new system of government that would ensure peace and prosperity for all. This system was called noocracy, a government by the wise and knowledgeable. Aurelianus argued that it was not enough to simply have leaders who were chosen by birth or wealth, but that true leadership required intelligence, knowledge, and wisdom. He believed that by placing wise individuals in positions of power, the world could avoid the mistakes of the past and build a better future.
These 4 nations are the Queendom of Arvandor, a monarchy ruled by the House of Arvandor, known for their skilled horsemen and archers, the Federation of Arcton, an alliance of wealthy merchant city-states, whose power rested on control of trade routes and naval power, the Holy Council of Sorgath, a religious state ruled by a council of high priests, who claimed divine guidance and favored strict adherence to tradition and ritual, and the Dominion of Valoria -a militaristic state with a strong tradition of discipline and order, known for their skilled warriors and engineers. The leaders of these nations agreed to Aurelianus' proposal, and thus the Arthannon Empire was born. It was not an empire in the traditional sense, but rather a confederation of nations that were united by the principles of noocracy. Aurelianus was chosen as the first emperor, not because of his birth or wealth, but because of his great wisdom and leadership skills.
Under Aurelianus' guidance, Arthannon became a beacon of knowledge and wisdom. The brightest minds from all over the world flocked to Arthannon to share their knowledge and expertise.
