It all goes back to the middle of the 20th century in 1943, when anthropomorphic animal beings (or popularly known to humans as Furries) from Europe began to come together and create their own civilization in the former Danish region of Nordjylland. The very origin of these anthropomorphic animal beings (or popularly known as Furries) is a mystery, because even before starting the pillars of their civilization, they did not had their own language, they did not had the tools to record their history or their origins, which is even more intriguing because Furries already had a presence in all regions of all continents. Little by little and due to regional influences many Furries began to learn the Danish language. What before was a small tribal civilization that had nameless settlements, began to advance, it was not until 1947 with the founding of capital city Furrydelphia (whose name comes from "Furry", a popular name used by humans to refer to these anthropomorphic animal beings, and from the Greek "adelphos" which means brothers. Thus, being founded the city of the furry brotherhood) that the word began to spread among Furries from all over the world about a special city for them, a city of brotherhood, a city in which that they could live free and in peace. The political history of the Furry Kingdom begins just after the founding of Furrydelphia, when Oxyz Cyfrinachol proposes the creation of a parliamentary council for the city, and eventually in 1952 ranking up to national parliament and Oxyz Cyfrinachol becoming Emperor thanks to his high approval and influence over Ingenmdslan. Originally in the Danish dialect of the Furries, the name of this nation they were creating was Ingenmdsland, but eventually thanks to human influence and how they referred to Ingenmdsland as "The Furry Nation" the Furries themselves would end up referring to their country as "The Furry Empire" (Officially the name of The Furry Empire was adopted in 1973 by the then Emperor Oxyz Cyfrinachol). Eventually Oxyz Cyfrinachol died in 2007 at unknown age having reigned for 55 years. His daughter Roshyn Cyfrinachol continued the dynasty and reigned from 2007 to 2054, dying at the age of 76. It was with poor Rhyw Cyfrinachol, grandson of Oxyz Cyfrinachol and son of Roshyn Cyfrinachol, who was the last of his dynasty to reign over the Furry Empire, Rhyw was born in Furrydelphia on May 9, 2010. He ascended the throne in 2054, but even before there were internal problems within the government, in parliament a party with fascist indoles was gaining more and more popularity, it was in 2077 when the (untraditional) Conservative party won the majority of seats in parliament and implemented its openly fascist policies, which resulted in international controversies for the Empire. That same year in 2077 Rhyw dismissed the leader of the Conservative party, resulting in the loss of parliamentary power for the Conservatives (although they still had a majority of seats) and the implementation of a new Parliamentary Leader from an Independent party. Even so, the controversies continued, but internally, the Furries were unhappy, since they had not voted for the new Parliamentary Leader and did not even support his policies, it did not happen long until in 2080 a civil war broke out, 3 sides; one wanted Rhyw as Emperor to gain absolute power (The Monarchists); The other shared the ideas of the former Parliamentary Leader of the Conservative Party and his fascist policies (The Nationalists); and the last one was against the Parliament and the Royal House and supported the establishment of an Anarchist state (The Anarchists). The civil war lasted just under 2 years, ending in agreements between the Monarchists and the Nationalists: Both groups agreed that Rhyw would continue to function as Emperor and that a special board of Aristocrats on the Nationalist side would be established. Rhyw was still in power, but under the strict rules of the Aristocrats, although on paper he was still the Emperor, in making decisions he had no right to say anything, the Nationalist Aristocrats only kept him alive to keep the monarchists happy, and behind closed doors it would appear that it was Rhyw who made the decisions, but that was far from reality. On the other hand, a Libertarian Movement were gaining more and more popularity and followers: a group that was tired of the inefficiency and authoritarianism of the new government. It was in 2084 when the Libertarian Movement led by Andrew Jorvensen successfully achieved a coup against the weak and increasingly decayed Aristocratic government and finally established a Noocratic, Libertarian and 100% Capitalist state. (Destiny of former Emperor Rhyw is unknown). Andrew Jorvensen was born on October 24, 2065 in Williamsfur, raised under a traditional Conservative ward, under a largely Liberal city, Jorvensen found this environment enriching, because he could understood the traditional conservative points and visions of his family and the Liberal stands of the city and its inhabitants, which resulted in him developing a mentality of affectivity to all kinds of Furry and understanding to the different visions of each one, gaining him a Libertarian vision and mentality only at the age of 15. Jorvensen joined the Libertarian movement in 2082, led the takeover in 2084, and that same year was named The Great Jorvensen and leader of the nation, renaming the Furry Empire to The United Furry Kingdom. The current political system works in this way: Being a Noocratic state, it works a bit like a selective monarchy (Same reason that the name was changed from Empire to Kingdom) only that in this case the "King" does not have any special power, the elections take place every time a leader dies, since the position is until death and is not hereditary. In the case of Jorvensen he is the first leader that The Furry Kingdom has. When he dies, national elections will be held to elect a new leader, a leader who protects Individual Freedom, the Free Market, a leader who sees and feels for all Furries. Being a very serious position, few Furries would apply. Advertising and affiliation to political parties would be illegal, since the main essence of this Noocracy is to elect the most sincere Furry, who sees for the freedom of all, who is fair and wise. Nowadays, the Kingdom only seeks to survive, and to focus on itself. |
