History

Finland was a poor country that had long 

been under the rule of its agressive 

neighbours until in the early 1900s the 

finnish people demanded independence 

from the russian rulers and thats when the 

war of freedom took place where the small 

but tough army of the whites fought against 

the communist reds and the whites managed 

to defeat the the reds and as the russian 

empire fell Finland managed to invade many 

new lands from the east and a new ruler 

was chosen after that Finland has just 

became more and more powerful and 

advanced

History: Gained independence in 1917 after winning the war of freedom.
Became a monarchy in 1918 after election Frederick Charles was choosen as the finnish king.
Participated in 3 major conflicts and was victorious in all of them.
Gained land from Russia and annexed whole karelia and murnmansk after the fall of Russia in the great war.
After democratic vote Estonia became part of Finland in 1925.
Finland had a defence victory against Soviet Union in the winter war 1939-1940.
Frederick Charles of Hesse dies in may 1940 and his son Wolfgang of Hesse is chosen as the new king.
Finland takes advantage of Germany attacking Soviet Union and cooperates with the germans to liberate uralic people under the soviet rule.
Once germans are encircled in stalingrad and failed to take moscow Finland starts peace negotations with Soviet Union late 1942.
Truce takes place in january 15th 1943.
Finally peace is signed world wide 1945 when Germany surrenders, Finland is allowed to annex its conquered lands and gets a piece of northern Norway with the justification there lives sami people that are ethnically Finno-Ugric.
1979 Soviet Union is demanding its old terriotories back treathening with war.
There seems to be no solution in negotations and the finnish negotators return from Moscow.
Summer 1985 Soviet Union declares war on Finland.
Because of Soviet Unions weak grip on eastern Europe and the western allies declaring war on them Soviet Union is not able to invade Finland.
Soviet union loses control of Europe and suffers heavy losses against Finland and Nato.
1989 july Wolfgang of Hesse dies and because he had no followers a politician Erik von Heiskanen is chosen as the next king.
1991 Soviet Union completely collapses and Finland manages to get more terriotories from northern Russia.
Finnish Empire is now a super power in Europe and very rich and developed country.
2022 Erik Von Heiskanen retires and gives the crown to his young grandson Judolf Von Eronen who becames the Emperor and renames Finnish Empire as Finno-Ugric Imperium.
Finno-Ugric Imperium demamds lands from the Kingdom of Sweden.
Swedish leaders refuse to give anything and thats when Emperor Judolf calls his troops to gather at swedish border.
2022 december war is declared finnish troops quickly advancing trough Sweden.
The west does not want to start another major conflict so they decide not to participate and help Sweden also because they are not in nato.
Early january Sweden surrenders becoming a puppet state and giving swedish part of lapland to Finno-Ugric Imperium.
