The Cloudy Federation is a new nation to the global stage.  This federation of smaller city states joined together rather peacefully due to their reliance on trading with each other as well as the economic waters that surrounded the small insignificant cities. The federation was officially formed on May 10th, of 2022, after a long delegation of over 30 representatives. Naming their first national leader,  High Chairman Vector.

Shortly after the formation of the nation High Chairman Vector was approached by a diplomat of the Black Knights alliance. After careful consideration The Federation allied itself and joined the alliance. (May 10th, 2022) The following days led to greater investment in infrastructure as well as construction of multiple new cities, (Most notable being Nimbus). The nation also built up its military power and formed specialized “Raider” armies which was used to protect her trade routes and more often then not this led to the raiding of multiple independent nations.  After  the BK Alliance militarized, A conference of all 30 representatives was called by Chairman Vector. Vector Opposed the militarization of the nation, claiming that it will make it a “Tyrannical country, which in its very existence will ruin our trade and standing in this world.” The chairman initiated a vote against the militarization of its state as well as the complete separation of the BK alliance. This met a huge wave of opposition led by the military General and Representative of New Nimbus, Cloudy Chance who highlighted, "Our nation one that is just a seed, They (BK alliance) taught us how to sprout. And I will not relent to a nation that becomes a weed instead of a fruit." After a long delegation, the Council weighed heavily in Representative Chance's favor, and thus moved towards a more militarized state.

After the BK MIL debate, Chairman Vector was later Impeached and replaced by Gen. Cloudy Chance. Chairman Chance then ushered laws and regulation that further militarized the state, as well as consolidating the federation's government to a lightly centralized state whose heart is based around the city of New Nimbus.
