The Planes Democracy is a union of sorts, a union of cities who put their trust in one another to form a single great democracy. The people live by this trust, letting it take them where it will. The people living here live happy, even after the raids, even after the economic turmoil, the people still have hope for the future and present. Each day, the situation gets better. Every day, people live better. And day by day, The Planes Democracy gets stronger.

The road to recovery will be a long and arduous one, but one worth taking. 

"We are a nation united. We live by the people's will. Our recovery will not be swift without outside intervention, but recovery will come. Once again our people shall feel safe in the streets of the urban areas the the long arm of the law reaches out. Once again shall our people, when feeling ill, be able to step into a hospital for free and see doctor. Once again our people will live in sturdy homes and work in sturdy offices. Once again shall our people walk on neat, paved roads. Once again shall our army be more feared then our nuclear arsenal. Once again shall the air force fly with in clean skies. Once again our navy shall sail the great sea with undeniable might, that all but allies fear. Once again shall our people feel hope that one day, our democracy will stand the test of years. Once again shall liberty rise, evil fall, and the great, everlasting nation regain her former glory."
