The inhabitants of Seratovan are quite diverse. Most are ethnics Seratovans, but there also are more than 120 other ethnic groups present, speaking many languages and following disparate religious and cultural traditions. 

Seratova welcomes any and all people seeking to live in a country which put its people above all else, for the leader of the state shall be the 1st servant of the state. 

• Seratova reserves the right to defend itself with the use of conventional and nonconventional weapons. The use of nuclear weapons in war will result in retaliation of equal measure, regardless of UPN policy. This right Seratova reserves and will not allow nor accept the limited use of the Seratovan Military.                                                                                                                                 
• Amendment to Nuclear Doctrine A1: If threat is deemed and all option for peaceful solutions expired; Seratova Nuclear Forces are to launch nuclear warning shot at designated target.
