Lord Donillo DuBois is the supreme ruler of the Brousellia Republic, a dystopian nation that is divided into 22 zones. Zone 1 is the heart of the republic, where the elite and the loyal live in luxury and security. The other zones are impoverished and oppressed, the further you go the worse it gets, with scarce resources and harsh laws.

Lord DuBois rose to power after a powerful coup that overthrew the previous democratic government. He claims to be the rightful heir of the ancient Brousellian dynasty, and demands absolute obedience from his subjects. He rules with an iron fist, using his secret enforcers, the Cerbarus , to enforce his will and crush any dissent.

Some examples of his tyranny are:

- He has banned all forms of free expression, such as literature, and religion. Anyone caught possessing or creating such items is arrested and sentenced to life in forced labour camps. Art & Music are exempt from this.
- He has imposed a strict curfew and surveillance system on all zones, especially the outer ones. Anyone who violates the curfew or tries to escape is sentenced on sight to the probationary zone, they then have to work there way through the other zones(if they wish) by completing hard and complex challenges and task's for the republic to move up zones.
- He has created a system of forced labor camps, where he sends anyone who opposes him or commits a crime. These have been reported to have the most inhumane conditions, with anyone lucky to last 6 months.
- He has initiated a series of nuclear tests, paying other country's to use they're land for these tests to presrve his own. causing widespread environmental damage and radiation poisoning. He claims to be developing a weapon of mass destruction that will make him the most powerful leader in the world.

 - If a family is punished by the republic or a dwelling becomes vacant in Zone 1 there will be a Lottery open to all other zones outside of Zone 1. The cost of entering this will be 65% of all monetary value to that family / 75% per individual ticket, Non-Refundable. However if you win you are promoted to Zone 1 with a dwelling, all expenses paid for your time in Zone 1 and your Lottery stake back.

Family Tickets Enable a family under 1 dwelling to move, an individual ticket means that being leaves all family behind and they reap the benefits for themselves alone.
