After long conflict Texas and its Floridian ally came victorious in 2030.  A treaty was formed with Florida that the Texan-Florida alliance would reform America back to its former glory. The new Union is now evenly controlled by the Texan and Florida governments. The 2nd amendment will never be abolished again to insure that a tyrannous government will not rise again, therefore preventing another civil war.  Last of all California is in charge of funding the Rebuilding Project. It will be considered a territory for 200 years for the war crimes it committed during the civil war. Long Live the Texan Empire!
