The new Union is now evenly controlled by the Texan and Florida governments. The 2nd amendment will never be abolished again to insure that a tyrannous government will not rise again, therefore preventing another civil war.  Last of all California is in charge of funding the Rebuilding Project. It will be considered a territory for 200 years for the war crimes it committed during the civil war. Long Live the Texan Empire!
