We are a military junta state the loves to build a military and have friends. Our people are of Habesha,Persian,Azeri,Afghan and Arab descent or a mix of any of those and more, today military and communism will rule the world we are ruled by our divine Emperor,Supreme Leader, Commander-in-Chief, Marshal of the armed forces, and Chairman of the Communist Black Panthers Party Marshal Kendall. Who is Afro-Arab and also holds all power,and just like his people he can speak ever language in the country, and his 703 wives, 405 noble consorts and over 1,063 concubines from every country in the world love him and his people do also. And he led his country to liberation where the masses stand up to be the owners, we also has normal relation with Thailand and Egypt, also strong ties with South Africa,Eritrea,Ethiopia,Angola,Nigeria, DR Congo,Palestine,Iran,Russia,North Korea,China, maybe Junta Myanmar and special friendship with Syria and has even sent troops to help fight with the government of Assad. Including combat troops in Libya also supporting Haftar and his army, and has an Army and Air Force base in Syria and was involved in Syrian occupation of Lebanon which Shafar was their from 1978-1989 and 1991-2002. Also has cold relations with Israel, US and NATO, the nation also fought against Israel in every Arab-Israeli War. And right now supporting Russia in Ukraine during the Special Military Operation. History: The first Emirate was made in 1368 by the House of Kendall which is the current ruling family. At the start before they where an Emirate they where a powerful tribe that started in 1892 BC and became a strong clan in 1236BC and that got involved in almost all international conflicts since 321AD and had great influence over it's people like today. In 1371 Kendall decided to grow the Emirate bigger by taking more land from the fighting tribes. So Kendall ensured there would be no rise up he would marry the tribal Chief's daughter of the tribe he just conquered and that way he was bringing them into the family. Although with more land they took the more Wahhabi's came Kendall invited them into the government but when they tried to force Kendall to become sectarian and only follow Islam he banished them from the Kendall Emirate, as Kendall stated his land will forever remain secular. The Kendall Emirate always got involved in every war across the world. Only because they where being paid to fight on the side which paid most so they fought mostly as mercenaries in every European war and conflict they also helped Prussia in all wars and fought in the US Civil war on the union side. The only time they were not paid was to help their friend Prussia which had became Germany in WW1. They even fought for Germany in WW2 for money of course during the start until they found out Benito tried to invade them and had invaded Ethiopia. And Hitler tried to invade their friend the Soviet Union. But they also had their own conflicts. At the start of 1926 British came to the nation and had taken land Kendall had claims on and tricked some people into become British loyalist. Which angered Kendall an made them go through 27 years of civil war. It was considered a Civil War by the Shafarians. Even though Shafar has not yet conquered this land it was considered a Civil War by them. Also while the other side was ruled and supported by the British. The whole time the Communist Black Panthers party and military was created and led by the great Marshal Kendall. Even though they did not all have guns unlike their capitalist enemy they never did stop fighting to the end. Through this time Marshal Abu Ali which is their Marshal's nick name fought alongside his men and his great victories gave him a holy leader position and led his soldiers to takeover the temporary rebels capital and the rest of the nation in 1953 declaring his Kingdom. Shafar even made ties with Syria that strengthened in the 1963 Ba'athist coup. And was firmly strengthened in 1970 with Hafez al Assad's Corrective Movement. They have also repelled 8 invasions from the terrorist organization NATO. Holding them at the famous Akshar as it is easy to defend and the least defended port. Shafar also support groups like the LRA, the PGF Kartan force set up and trained Christian militias all around Africa and Middle East. They even support the PMF in Iraq and the South Yemen movement. And also have given many weapons to the Palestinian group the PFLP Abu Ali Brigades and Hezbollah. And their own proxie in Syria called the 'Afro-Arabs Brigades' and in Iraq called 'The Fighting Front of Christ' which is the second most powerful militia in the world after Hezbollah.

Description: The economy is a mixed economy with 95% communism and 5% regulated market. The government regulates how much foreign market products people can have. And the country also has many left wing policies and programs to keep the people equal and to help the people have a better life with free healthcare and education. Also all companies are owned and ran by the government and regulated with very little outside trade which is restricted to a certain amount and getting over the amount of allowed product is seen as evil capitalism and can be punished and the government has firmly outlawed private businesses.

Industries: The nationalized major industries are all types of military Weapons manufacturing like. Chinpo and Yushaun jet company also Yuchang and Tharir tank manufacturers. Including Al-Fajr-1, 2, 3 and 4 IFVs which Cary up to 12 soldiers and Saad APCs which can carry up to 20 soldiers. Car companies like Liktan, Al-karim, and Buchan motors, variety of cannabis shops, also with telecommunication and cell phone companies such as Ali's mobile service and Fazwan cell connections. Leopone and Kraslin missile company which also make cruise and ballistic missiles. The alcohol brewing company in Wadin Bara called Tishreen Brewing, and also mining and oil drilling company called Zhaoshan mining and petroleum. Which is the business which generates most of their income buy selling natural resources and Oil and gas to their friends. And the largest company Chairman Kendall goods and along with construction company Marshal Kendall construction.
Military
History: The first major reform of the armed forces was made in 1926 called the Shafar People's Army along with an extra unit like the Shafar People's Guard Force (PGF) which is ideologically loyal to Kendall, it's like Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps, and is considered terrorist group also. And the PGF even trained Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The PGF are 60,000 men at full strength the Land Forces wear green/orange vertically aligned lizard patterned fatigues, and are garrisoned at Farzan military airport north of the capital Butone. While airborne and commando units wear a red Lizard patterned color. As the Navy wear very light blue camouflage fatigues. The Kartan Force of the PGF was the unit which helped train Quds Force members in
Iran. The camouflage of the Kartan force is etheir gray or Black fatigues or camo with both colors. Thier mission clothing resembles the Black and White of the Fadeyeen Saddam ( as Saddam copied Shafar), though have better combat kit, backpack, body armour and training. And the Devastation Companies an Elite paramilitary/Special Operations Force that is lead by Kendall's brother, they wear white with Black spot pattern fatigues. Their is the Shabiha militia which means ghost in Arabic which are basically thugs and mercenaries for the government and work as their death squads and hitman basically. Officially at the end of the civil war in 1953 after the peasants ,workers ,farmers ,middle class and military rose up and did a coup against the oppressive government ran by Europeans. The Shafar People's Army (SPA) was firmly centralized and established with an officer academy in 1955 under the command of Kendall's most trusted soldiers and some of his sons. The Royal Guard was formed in 1957 as a Elite Mechanized Infantry Unit of the army for the best trained and most loyal recruit's to be in. The Royal Guard's job is to defeat internal and external threats. And to protect government officials and a check on possible Bonapartism and serve as a counter weight to other powerful military formations like the 19th Armored Division. The Royal Guard has privileged access to funding and equipment.
Also, at full strength the Royal Guard has 16,000 men all trained to be infantry soldier, and this unit answer directly to Kendall. The 19th Armored Division is another loyal unit with Lieutenant General Ahmadi Abbas and Kendall's brother serves as Brigadier. They are given better Tanks then regular army units and are the only force beside the Royal Guard, and Peoples Guard Force which is given Yuchang-17, Yuchang-19, Tharir-09, 15 and Tahrir-21 tanks including Al-Fajr-3 and Al-Fajr 4 IFVs also thermobaric KF-37 MLRs, including LP-12 Self-Propelled incendiary guided Artillery weapons used to clear streets full of enemies. And at full strength the 19th Armored Division has 20,000 men. And their SPA Air Force was made in 1956 first they used parts from British jets left behind after the civil war but, later they where able to abandon the old British jet for parts and make their first domestic jet the Chinpo 11 and Yushan 12. Also the SPA Offensive Navy was established in 1963 after they had picked their best trained and top of the class student Qassem to be the Fleet Admiral of the Navy. As an addition everyone from Age 1-4 goes to indoctrination school, all citizens have to serve kids, 5-12 have to be in the militia the teens 13-16 have to be paramilitary and 17 y/o on graduation day they are enlisted into the military with full indoctrination. The Conscription service can last from 5 years to 12 years. As a side not even though the Shafar armed forces used to get most of their weapons and jet's from China and Russia. Today 100% percent of their military being made out of original Shafar design. And is domestically produced and built military weapons ,equipment ,Jet's ,and helicopters. Including jets like the Chinpo 23 and Yushan 26, and domestic assault rifles the KZ-16 and KZ-19. Also including attack helicopters like the Nightwolf and Whitelion, and Lightwolf double rotar helicopters. the military branches have their own colored camouflage uniform the Ground Forces a green or sand colored uniform. And for the Air Force a blue uniform, white uniform for the Navy. The Ground Forces has red patches on the collar with all having ranks insignia. Their are other color collar patches like red is infantry, yellow is artillery, black is military police, green is support, and brown is transport ,and blue is the special landing naval force which is basically marines. The 9th Corps was made in 2018 while they where fighting in Syria. The 9th Corps specializes in Assault and breakthrough tactics. With the most important unit being Kendall's Shield group. There is also the Panther Brigades formed in 2019 by memebers of the Communist Black Panther Party, willing to fight. The Elephants forces is 5,000 men strong is led by Kendall's son. And where the Army intelligence Directorate trains Kendallist and Alawite Muslims to join the unit. The Elephant Forces is what was sent Syria to train the Tiger Forces so basically are trained the same way. The Elephant Forces are given the most modern weapons along while being funded by Kendall's rich uncle. And Shafar also fought aginst Israel in every Arab-Israeli War. And supports Palestine freedom fighting groups like Fatah and PFLP with money weapons and training. Even the Palestine Liberation Army (PLA) is still active in Shafar and has aslo been sent to Syria to the help the regime. Just like the PGF and and 19th Armored Division.
