History:	After the end of the Great War a 100-year long period of peace was interrupted by another Great War. It lasted two decades and the heavy use of chemical and the new nuclear Weapons collapsed the environment of northern Europe. After the collapse of the european states a united fleet of warships of several nations including the entire polish, german and swedish fleet as well as parts of the royal navy, baltic fleet and the french combined to a new fleet. They united under an proposed but never used navy flag of the Weimar Republic with the insigna of the last standing HQ Commander and formed the Republic of Naristare. Since most organisations around Naristare are lead by Warlords the voted Leader ot the state bears the title of 'General-Kommandant' and since the new start of the HRE he also bears the title of an imperial prince within this alliance.
