History: Although originally founded in 1868, the Third Empire of Velorum was only born out of the fall of the Second Empire in December of 2031. It looked back upon the failures of its previous two iterations and sculpted a completely new system to govern over its people. At the head of the government would be the Federal Chancellor of Velorum and its Territories, shortened to Federal Chancellor, while a council of the most respected judges in the nation forms the High Court and a state of the art Artificial Intelligence comprises the Legislature.
