JOINT MILITARY ACT OF 2099
A year ago was the Orbis World War, it was probably one of the biggest conflicts out of all in Orbis. It ended after Soviet nuked America causing Raritania and TUI to retaliate destroying both TUI and Soviet Federation, both major world powers. Westothia stayed neutral in the conflict and would only get involved if attacked, which luckily it wasn't. President Sendall came up with the idea of stepping up Westothia's military once again, with help from one of Westothia's major allies, Kolakia.
President Sendall proposed the Joint Military Act of 2099. It came up with the idea of Westothia and Kolakia funding each others militaries to improve and make it even stronger against foreign invaders. The Bill was accepted by Kolakia, and a group of Kolakian ambassadors gathered together on the 1st of October to discuss the matter in Westothian Parliament with the Senate and House of Representatives. The vote went in favor of passing the act, with 96 Senators and 290 Representatives.
The Bill was sent to Vivek Sendall where it was passed, with President Sendall making a speech:
" Thanks to our Kolakian allies this bill will help with the protection of our great nation with military strength, No foreign invaders will ever step foot, RISE O' GREAT WESTOTHIA"

Voting Results
The Bill has since been pass with much military technology coming in, and conscription on the rise to sign up and train. We hope this bill has something good coming out of it. The Black Hawk Defense Force (BHDF) has already gotten to work on a new military uniform and aircraft with factories on overdrive.
